FAQ

Is this work faith-based?

This work is grounded in reverence for God’s creation and design and the wisdom built into the human body. Faith is honored, never imposed.

My work is grounded in prayer, Scripture, and the belief that God created the body with wisdom and order. Anointing, laying on of hands, and spoken blessing are all biblically rooted practices.

Seeking support for your body is not a lack of faith. It is an act of care.

Just as we seek counsel, rest, nutrition, and medical wisdom, holistic wellness can be another way of honoring the body God created.

Scripture acknowledges the healing found in creation, and science helps us understand how the body responds to it. Sessions are offered with humility, discernment, and respect for each individual’s beliefs.

Do I have to share the same beliefs to receive a session?

No. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome. There is no pressure to adopt any belief system. Sessions are respectful, optional, and client-led.

Who is this work for?

This work may support those seeking stress relief, deeper body awareness, emotional clarity, or a holistic approach to wellness.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person’s needs are unique. Some benefit from a single session, while others choose ongoing support. There is no obligation or set timeline.

What is this work?

This is a holistic, body-centered approach that supports alignment of the mind, body, and soul. Sessions may include gentle touch, essential oils, and guided awareness to explore patterns of stress or imbalance held within the body.

What can I expect during a session?

Sessions are gentle, intentional, and guided by your comfort. We begin with conversation and a biometric scan, followed by a reading your scan results. Some sessions are followed by optional touch with essential oils, and intentional spoken prayer. You are always in control, and nothing is done without consent.

How should I prepare?

Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing and stay hydrated before and after your session.

Is this medical treatment, massage, or therapy?

No. This work does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. It is intended to complement—not replace—medical care, therapy, or other professional support.

Is this work safe?

Yes. Sessions are designed to be calm, grounded, and supportive of the nervous system, with an emphasis on consent and pacing.

Is this confidential?

Yes. All sessions are held with care, discretion, and respect for your privacy.

How are essential oils used?

Essential oils are used intentionally as a supportive tool. Their natural plant compounds interact with the nervous system and can support emotional balance, awareness, and relaxation.

Is there physical touch involved?

Some sessions include gentle, consent-based touch. Touch is always discussed beforehand and can be modified or declined at any time.

Can emotions or memories come up?

Yes. Because scent and body awareness connect directly to the emotional center of the brain, some clients experience emotional release or memory recall. This is a normal, supported process and never forced.

Is there an extra charge if we go over our appointment time?

Sessions are intuitively guided and may naturally extend when appropriate. Any additional time beyond the scheduled session is billed at $20 per 15-minute increment.
